The position of Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Director. This position requires working closely with all departments (including design, sales, logistics and customer service) to manage client activity and administer accounts. The position involves the below responsibilities:

  • Client support (private/public sectors)
  • Client liaison/communication (internal/external), administration support for RFP process, product specification, quotations/proposals, pricing, finish verification, contract application, project registration with vendors, client meetings, order preparation, payment/deposit coordination
  • A&D marketing support
  • Proposal preparation, finish coordination, amenities/samples/literature
  • Contracts (pricing schedules) administration
  • Reference library maintenance
  • HM literature/finish orders

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize small and large tasks
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic and a willingness to help
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and also be comfortable within a team environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
  • Ability to manage high pressure work environment and multiple deadlines

Skills: 

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Command of French language would be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Team Design, CAP 20/20 would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
